You can book any set, and at your appointment I’ll recommend the style that best suits your natural lashes and desired look. We can always adjust, and I’ll update it in my booking system for you. 2. Retention depends on your natural lash cycle and how well you care for them at home. 3. Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes? Not at all! When applied correctly with high-quality products, lash extensions are safe. My priority is always lash health, comfort, and quality application. 4. What should I do before my appointment? Please arrive with clean lashes—no mascara, makeup, or oily products around the eye area. This helps the extensions bond better and last longer. 5. Can I wear makeup with lash extensions? Yes, but avoid oil-based products and mascara, as they can affect retention. A little eyeshadow or eyeliner (non-waterproof) is perfectly fine. 6. How do I take care of my lashes at home? Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• 24+ Hours Notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: The deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
• No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: The full deposit is lost, and future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Late Arrival Policy
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will result in a forfeited deposit.
